We will arrive with our BBQ Trailer approximately 2:00pm to finish the smoking/prep before we unveil the Texas BBQ Charcuterie Board. 
 
SPECS:
Serves up to 25 adults.
Approximate size of the Texas BBQ Charcuterie Board is 10 cubic feet (2’x5’).
 
INCLUDES: 
Sliced Beef Brisket, Brisket Burnt Ends, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Baby Back Ribs, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken, Smoked Sausage, Famous BBQ Beans, Cornbread, BBQ Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Pickles, Rolls, White Bread
BBQ Sauces, Texas Pete Hot Sauce
Serving Utensils, Plates, Napkins, Forks, Knives 
Signage on each meat
Serving starts before kick-off and will be maintained by us until after halftime. The remaining food will be packaged for your keeping.
